Nice story. It is an interesting twist on the story by Atticus. I think you are better leaving this where it is than continuing it as I see too many issues to make it an easy story to develop.

Yeah, I don't really know where I would go with this idea, at the moment.

But my muse decided she wanted me to write it, so here it is. ;-)

While all the Buffys might have some slack allowed for all the Scoobies, now that they're reunited with some close facsimiles to their own, I do NOT think it'll buy Spike much slack.

First time he does anything they don't like - hugging Dawn or calling her 'niblet, for example - I do believe they would already have plans set for their immediate and terminal response...

And /eventually/, Spike goes away forever...

And the problem with that would be what? ;-)

Wow, great idea! Not sure the execution pleases me but I'm sure that doesn't matter. I can't imagine this being carried on in a way I would like to read with the choices you've made, but that doesn't matter for a one-shot. It would be really cool to find out how the characters interacted with each other in a longer story. Especially if the choices of alt-Buffy's were made so that they built an interesting plot. Can you imagine this world's Buffy having to dig her way out of the ground, to find four other Buffys in her house when she got home?

You should make this into a challenge if you haven't already. I'd love to see some stories based on it.

This is definitely an interesting vignette. A part of me wants to see it expanded while another thinks it works fine as it is.

I really like this fic it has a lot of potential. I hope there is a follow up. It would be fun to see how the gang deals with this and if the Buffy's get to go home.

You still have the problem of them still thinking they need to get their Buffy out of the Hell dimension they believe her to be in. One little 'Ooops' isn't going to stop Willow.

I actually feel a bit sorry for Spike, he may not survive that meeting.

I don't think that Spike is actually stupid enough to piss any of them off, but it is in the realm of possibility. ;-)

And yes, I would expect that they would, too - if there is anything for them to go back to.
