Almost missed this one and I'm glad to see a continuation of 'Without a Trace'. Looking forward to what Sam and Xander get up to and eventually Xander's return to Sunnydale. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for reviewing.
And I expect that things will get fairly interesting for Sam and Xander in the future.
Excellent. can hardly wait to see the training Sam gives Xander - and vice versa... Should be /very/ interesting... and funny as hell!
Since time is running differently between the two realities, I'm sincerely hoping that Xander has ample chance to get over his Buffy Thing - which should have died a fiery demise as soon as he realized that The Blonde Bitca had just used him to get a corpse jealous in front of about a hundred of his age peers -as well as get over his other relationships with the rest of those back in the Buffy Reality. A few /years/ in which time and distance allows him to evaluate everything and grow to be a better man than he was getting to be before. Not to mention forgining himself as much as the others back there...
That way he can do what needs to be done without listening to Giles' B.S., which he does come up with either verbally or just by allowing Buffy to get her way. He's one of the most irritating people to me, I have found, because of the potential around him that was squandered. OK, Loki's rant about the Powers /might/ excuse that, but I'm still mad at him... Ditto willow's thing, where she clings to him even as she pushes him as far away as she can...
As far as Xander knows, Faith is still on the good side, so when he returns, I'd really appreciate him getting her out of the hospital or jail, or wherever she's stashed by then, and set up as part of Team Alexander, Roving Destroyers Of Eeeevvvvviiiillll, Ltd.
'Cause I'd really and truly love to see the remaining Scoobies totally... OK, maybe not /totally/, per se - blasted by his returning and G.A.F.'ing them off, except for rapturous and joyful reunions with Dawn and Joyce... Which would be salt in their wounds as they contrast that with their own greetings - which would be along the lines of 'Oh, hey kids. So here's the plan...' and that's the extant of his fondness for them...
Yeah, I get really ticked at them for the whole Xander treatment in canon and stuff, what's your point?
... You know, i just read this and realized some might actually /not/ know what G.A.F. stands for?! It stands for 'Give A Fu*k' can also wedge a 'Flying' in there before the last 'F' if one is so inclined fro G.A.F.F.... :^P

Well, all I will say is that things are going to be *quite* different when Xander gets back. ;-)
He didn't negate the actual prophecy; he did negate the anticipated results and its subsequent implications, since he brought Buffy back to life, as opposed to her being left dead.
