Nice to see that Buffy now has a purpose in this new world and that she was ready and willing to embrace it :) Very sad that she essentially killed off Dawn though!
I guess Emma will have a whole new series of magical stories told to her as a child, all of which will emphasise the part a girl sometimes has to play to save the world :)

Hey, glad you like it! For now, most of the stories are pre-OUaT, as I'm still trying work out which elements of Emma's character would remain constant, and where the changes are. But no fear, Henry will appear, and Emma and Buffy may find that the conjunction of two reality-writing spells at once (Willow's and Regina's) may have some interesting after effects by the time Emma enters Storybrooke.

Any suggestions for what might be different - Emma's new family ties, her reaction to Regina and Mary Margaret, connection to Henry, even how she reacts to 'John Doe' (although I have some ideas!) - are appreciated, even if they go unused. What I do know about Buffy-raised Emma is that she's stubborn, self-reliant, and still feels just a little bit the 'odd one out.' Make of that what you will.

As a fellow OUaT fic writer, I appreciate what you've begun here -- and I know EXACTLY why you picked Booth. I look forward to what happens down the road.

*grins* The Booth thing was a delightful coincidence, wasn't it? Do feel free to imagine Elizabeth Booth's lost husband as heavily-inspired by the marvellous Seely Booth from Bones. It certainly made me grin.

Glad you liked the story - since I'm going to try and keep to one-shots, hopefully I'll avoid abandoning it like I have other stories. If you have any suggestions as to what happens down the road - in particular how the change in background influences Emma's character - I would appreciate them. I will say this: Henry is still going to be born and still going to be given up, but the circumstances might be different.

I liked it, alot of potential with this story, please continue, I'm especially interested in how you're going to introduce henry now, I'm a big fan of once upon.

Don't worry, Henry will definitely come about - after all, something's got to draw Emma to Storybrooke. The stories are more pre-Storybrooke thus far, but that doesn't mean to say that there's no magic going on...

Cool story. I like that she raised the kiddies instead of them having to find their own way (I assume that's that happened on the show?).
