I was a little surprised to find that there wasn't a rule against stories like this, but ok.

As for my review, I didn't really see any 'story'. What you have is, in my opinion, a scene. I didn't really like the reactions of the Buffy-verse characters, because they strike me as the kind of people that wouldn't care if it was technically legal.

It feels like you wrote this scene from the perspective of some international aid workers, and then switched the names for Buffy-verse characters.

While they may not care if something is technically legal or not, even slayers aren't immune to guns and I don't know if you've noticed this or not, in those countries, the fundamentalist muslims are armed and very dangerous.

Nope, didn't do that. Don't really know any aid workers personally... Sort of. I am acquainted with someone who works on the naval hospital ship, "Mercy", but this didn't come from them.

True. Much savagery and ignorance is rampant in the middle east. Strangely none of it is actually supported by the Qur'an that the people over there live by. Sad but true.
