Wow...
No really. Wow. That was....I can't really put it into words. I'll try though. It's like dreaming you're standing in an open field in the rain, and then for no reason, you're falling into your favourite memory, then you wake up. Take it how you will but to me it means, I wasn't sure where you were going to go with this, but it led me in a direction, that when I found the ending, was not what I expected, pleasantly so.
That was a short, sweet and nicely done piece of fiction.
