Everyone knows he's a refugee from Gallifrey and that his garbage can is a TARDIS.
He's got a swimming pool in there for Pete's sake!!
With a dolphin in it!
Not to mention a pet elephant.
Mind you, I never EVER liked Big Bird or Ernie. To me, they were both idiots.
However, Cookie and Oscar were two of my favorites on that show.
Just don't ask about Elmo....please don't.
