A bit experimental for my understanding. Is it Buffy in the hospital that he's helping or an old potential?
EDIT: Got it - knowledge from a time line that never was - yet vibrationally exists in Rory's memories. Glad it is doing him some good.

Sorry about that. >.< I had this idea in my head, and then tried to poke it, and well. I'm not entirely satisfied with the end result. But I might try poking at it more later with additional pieces that might make this make more sense.
