I also think this is worth expanding. Donna has a distinct personality that might be hard to write, but if you cna capture that, this would make a fun read, regardless of the direction you went: humor, action, romance, rom-com...

Worth expanding! I think the only reasons that the Doctor didn't use some version of the chameleon arc on Donna was that he couldn't be sure what the consequences would be and didn't want to be responsible for it (i.e. psychological issues).
