Am I reading too much into the fact that Dawn's name is the only they know correctly, that hasn't been misspoken throughout time?

I love watching the Doctor setting two sets of enemies against each other.
Anyway, I missed reviewing the actual chapter, but the idea of using anti-radiation meds against beings adapted to metabilizing radiation poisoning actually came up in the adventure when the First Doctor first ran into the Daleks.

It is a bit interesting that they keep doing that - how long will it take at least those 2, if not more, to get the name right.
I also wonder if, somewhere along the way, her real name got made into a secret, so that when she used it, the higher-ups would know it was the real one?
