As per usual, another great addition to the series. It's good to see Angelus as opposed to the whiny version of Angel, doing his thing. Also good, not to hear the whole "I will just talk to him, to make him seek inside himself for his soul blah blah blah.." as we did on the show itself. It may make for 'good' drama (which I contest) but it really didn't. Catering to a whiny girl instead of actually, you know, going after the threat and neutralizing it really disgusted me. At least here, you have a good reason why Angelus is still alive, because he's a slippery SOB and has enough minions who protect him.

You know me, I like Angel. However it's notable I liked
post-Sunnydale Angel as opposed to the stalking arse he was
in Sunnydale.

Ah, Toni instead of Ted. Better have the Scoobs grab up all of Toni's equipment, plans etc. so that Warren doesn't get the chance to redo his pleasure bots.

I really wanted to head-slap Giles every single time he acted so OOC. Even if it was due to mind-altering substances in the food. He should know better.

I liked this chapter since it wasn't part of the Buffy or Angel verse, so it doesn't look like you're just replacing Buffy and Angel in these episodes.

Hmm, Wilkins killed Darla after one failure. I guess it was a major failure but still, harsh, he let Trick fail more than that in Canon.
On the other hand Trick was more controllable and Wilkins knew it.
