That the girl who she learned had died that day they went back at LA from ppylea is no other than her protector. That will i think be a great scene to write. Plus hmmma certain peaches and william? I can only hope their reactions will be priceless! I do agree with you that for her current life in st louis, her old life must be kept behind her, so the contact should be minimal so its okay if there no dawn. She has. Her own life now. Thats in essence what siris and cate said to her. Plus she really really need this break. Let faith work on her destiny as the slayer of the hellmouth this time. Its about damn time she takes up some of that duty,, plus work on her redemption. Oh i do hope you update soon...you got me hooked to this story, and leaving it hanging like that, really! Grrr...arrrg...pretty please...

Just picked up on your story and find it a fascinating read. That being said, I hope that Buffy's amnesia isn't permanent and that you can bring her memories back when she is ready. Maybe Dawn, being a pan dimensional key, could be brought to her at some point. You've brought in Fred, though she is this reality's version, but since there's only one of Dawn, some of Dawn's own greenness, just waiting for a rose's thorn to draw blood, could instinctively bring her to her sister?

Just my thoughts—or wishful thinking.
