Review of chapter "downloading Potential" from TroyGuffey
Review:
Cute....

Although it's possible that a human Slayer might actually be impelled to actually EXERCISE.... although then she might be thought insane and possibly either extremely beautifule, or horribly ugly because of body shape.
Comments from author:
If my very vague remembrance of the movie are correct it was not just a general lack of exercise - there was less bone and muscle mass in humans each generation. They even had a little chart at one point showing the changes. Either way, it was just a little idea that came to mind when I saw that Movie Challenge thing the site had a while ago. *shrugs*

I'm glad you reviewed, TroyGuffey. I enjoy getting feedback on these little bits. :)

This was a good drabble. Although the question remains, was Wall-E the reincarnation of a certain brown eyed, yellow crayon carrying soul.

I agree. EVE would make a great slayer. But I wonder if any vampires are left on polluted and abandoned Earth.

Curses! I was thinking of something like this as I read through the movie list, which was about 30 seconds before I clicked on this story. Well done (and darn you to heck :-)
Comments from author:
*laughs* Yeah, my first review for this story was from EricJablow who had had a similar story (dealing with the Slayer spell empowering a robot) but with a different crossover. It seems there is a lot of parallel though process on this site in that matter - which I don't really find surprising because it's super interesting to conser and can be hit at in different ways. Like you it was the first on that jumped out at me on that movie list (although now that I'm done with this little bit I might go back).

Thanks for reviewing and hope you grab a different one!

Review of chapter "downloading Potential" from Gideon
Review:
Well that might be one reason why Eve was so violent! And so accepting of someone from outside her experience :)
Comments from author:
I rather like the idea looking back of Eve going from almost ballet-like use of her flying to utter destruction as just a stretching of slayer-powers once she reached Earth *laughs*.

Thanks so much for taking the time to review.

Review:
Wow interesting take on the future of slaying and yeah in that world I can see eve being a better choice.
Comments from author:
In that world the humans are basically helpless without the robots to support them in various ways it seems a natural progresion (in a crossover world *giggles*) for one to be their ultimate protector.

Thanks so much for reviewing. :)

Review:
That was well done, and very touching. It never occurred to me that someone could do a Buffy/WALL-E crossover.
Comments from author:
Thank you for your kind words *curtsies*. The Boldly Go Challenge was a nice opportunity to glance around to see what movie categories hadn't been poked at yet. WALL-E jumped out at me from the list but I'm really thinking of going and taking another look - I oddball crossovers. :)

Thanks for taking the time to review.

Well, we have the same twisted mind here. Mine was more of a "Real Robot" Fic.
Comments from author:
We do indeed. I mean no offense when I say I had no knowledge of your fic when I wrote my short little bit but I do feel oddly delighted by the parallel lines of thought. I'm intrigued by the way you have the spell able to create and shape though - I gave it a bit of sentience but not nearly that much. I rather wonder in the placement of the WALL-E world if, with that much sentience, if it would have been able to nudge and mold a human back to it's preference or if the magic would have still gone with EVE as the better predator.

It's certianly interesting to consider anyway. Thanks so much for taking the time to review - I appreciate the feedback.
