Hmm, good story.
A bit confusing at the beginning, but I got it.
I am not completely convinced the Doctor would have a problem with killing an Angel, he has after all killed them himself, or at least left them in situations where they would kill themselves. But he is trying to control HIS dark side so seeing someone he is trying to help with control let their dark side out is a bad thing (he is after all the On Coming Storm...).
