Really nice to see a new chapter.

I hope I'll be getting better fast. I had to go to the hospital the other day, turns out I had appendicitis and needed it taken out. If you've never had surgery before, I'll let you know that it can make you feel as weak as a child, and when trying to get out of bed(or apparently getting out of a seat I'm leaning back in) I feel like a turtle stuck on its back. I also hope I can somehow find a way to pay the bills with how little I make in my part-time job. I was actually lucky I think, I got it caught early and unlike some descriptions I've heard of my symptoms were extremely mild, it's only because my dad said something and I did research that I even suspected I should go to the ER, and the doctor said the surgery went smoothly with no complications. If you ever feel a pain, (which apparently for me doesn't have to be a sharp intense stabbing pain like for some others) that starts out around your belly button and then seems to move to the lower right side(usually), then go to the hospital ASAP to get checked out, don't mess around as it can get really bad if not treated and it bursts. I almost didn't as the systems weren't anywhere near as noticeable as my research said they should be and I was reluctant to get the ER bill if it was a false alarm. I'm glad I did now before it got worse, but I haven't gotten the bills yet. But hey, at least I'm alive to try to pay them, and apparently the financial aid is going to help pay part of the bill which I thought might be the most expensive because I make so little and don't have much in the way of assets. I really kind of hope that with all the hospital visits my family has been getting lately and for the last few years, god decides to cut us a break and let us win even a share of the lottery jackpot. It would be a major major help to us.

Sorry for laying this all on you, but I just felt I needed to vent.

Oh, and I really hope I can get well enough to go see Iron Man 3, I was looking forward to it, but it's probably not best to see it while recovering and on pain meds, although I just took one almost an hour ago and I don't feel too woozy, although it's 3 am, so its hard to tell what might be the time, and what might be the pill.

Damn, sorry to hear that. I've had surgery myself, a minor one thank god, so vent away. I know how much it sucks. I hope you feel better soon.
