Review of chapter "Chapter Seventeen." from DieselDriver
Review:
I wish there was a way I could put a recommendation on this whole series of stories.
Comments from author:
That's been talked about on the forums in the past. I think it was decided that it couldn't be done.

Cheers,
D.

Review:
I've never quite understood the so called "pacifists". I'd bet that 99.999% of them would try to get back at you if you slapped them in the face, if not immediately trying to hit back. Self defense is an instinct or we wouldn't still be here. Me, I'm a coward... I'd wait and bide my time till I could take the person out at long range with a supersonic projectile... I am, or used to be anyway, a very good shot.
Comments from author:
It's been my opinion that so-called 'pasifists' help start wars by giving the other fellow the idea that he might be able to get away with it.

Cheers,
D.

Review:
That quote from Oliver Cromwell reminds me so much of our current "leadership" in Washington, on BOTH sides of the aisle. Both sides are so corrupt that they are bound to end up cast into the lake of ever lasting fire as described in Revelations.
Comments from author:
The quote was brought to my attention during the height of the 'Expenses Scandal' in Parliament about three years ago. This was the periods were claiming for mortgages they'd already paid off and such like. Strangely only a few went to prison.

Cheers,
D.

Review of chapter "Chapter One" from WhippingDawn
Review:
I read this one with passion. CWO Lehane hitting hard on stupid recruits and opening her heart to Dorfman, caring for the safety of her female crew: this was Faith at her best, That was adult Faith taking care of kids some of which are scoundrels, some are victims, and some are simply trying to do their best. I was touched by her attitude with Dorfman, helping him to finish his run and then talking with him like a big sister - even if she doesn't see herself as one in general. Beautiful story. I'm changing the 9 for a 10.

And of course the fight and love scenes. I hope she and Willow really find true love.

Oh, and nice to see Buffy in action again!
Comments from author:
Glad you liked. This was an xover long in the writing as I'd attempted versions before but they'd never turned out right. My only regret was I couldn't fit in the Parade scene!

Cheers,
D.

Review:
This has to be my favourite of the whole series to date. You managed to update the series to modern day, added a little twist with Machida being more than just physical [very nice touch!], and fit Faith into it fairly seamlessly. Wonderfully done!
Comments from author:
Thank-you.

This story was long in coming. It was one of those films that I wanted to do but nothing seemed to fit. Then along came Faith in need of an education!

Review of chapter "Chapter Seventeen." from (Current Donor)MaxGSandeman
Review:
Not only is Faith studying hard, but she's well read; Cromwell! Willow will be more proud of her.
Col Mann was kept in the loop about the situations at Faber, but she didn't send any backup for the October sacrifices. Her unit must be short staffed.

We don't find out how far back the murders go. Parents and grand parents of the current Omega house? That could come up in future stories about Faith in the Army.
It'll take time to run the investigations. Who will be doing it?
Comments from author:
Well, the situation did overtake the response and Faith went her own special way. Had Col Mann been apprised of the new situation I'm sure she'd have sent back-up. Faith didn't exactly follow 'procedure' as she freely admitted.

How far did the murders go back, I think I said 'at least fifteen years' or something like that. Previous members of Omega House are beyond the scope of the story. However members of the 'Neidermyer' clan are likely to turn up in later stories.

Who does the investigating? Well, as this is being classed as 'ritual murders' (come on we all know that demons and devils don't REALLY exist) I expect the clean-up will be done by the FBI.

Cheers,
D.

Review:
Ah, Neidermyer, the Dean and the Omegas are toasted; too bad the snake got away, but alas, he shall be turned into nice boots and luggage the next time, ooh yeah!.

Willow using the dreaded G word (A.K.A. Graduation) in her veeeery stern talk to the Deltas morons was waay funny, and little Faith's kinda... disjointed and disorganized appropriation of Cromwell's stirring speech was awesome, congratulations!.

Cool fic dude, see ya!!!.
Comments from author:
Yep, Willow knows where to hit home!

Cheers,
D.

Review of chapter "Chapter Seventeen." from BarbarossaRotbart
Review:
Somehow the bad guys got off too lightly. It would have been more fun if Neidmeyer survived and somehow manages not to be persecuted for murder only to be fragged by his platoon (in the US). And Faith has to investigate.

What I really like to see is the wedding of Faith and Willow after the repeal of DADT and after Faith learned the truth about herself.

Will the next story be the L&O: SVU crossover you've mentioned some stories back? If it is, please make it AO and not EO (SVU fans know what I mean).
Comments from author:
Actually the next TWO fics in this series are L&O:SVU fics. One crossed with a film and the other based heavily on a SVU episode. The first only has Faith in it for a chapter, while the second has Faith and Willow investigating.

Are you referring to pairings with Olivier and A N Other? If you are I'll say now that there are no pairings other than friendship/colleague pairings and of course Faith/Willow.

At some point Faith and Willow might well formalise their relationship but I think it might wait until after Faith leaves the army.

Cheers,
D.

Review:
Great great story. I loved the way you merged Animal House and Faith's life. But your cultists got off WAY too easily. Maybe a part of the afterwards about some murdering b*****ds gang raped to death in prison? And if I was the Delta House Demons I would really, really not want to tick The Red Witch off. Lol!

Once again, great story with some great action and nice bits of humor.
Comments from author:
Thank-you.

You know I think Delta house might actually graduate if only to get away from the slayer Willow's assigning the collage.

Review:
These last two chapters were the best. Action against the bad guys and threats to the semi-bad guys. I vaguely remembered the Cromwell speech from my world history class from the 1960's, I think it was 9th grade. Many times I've thought that speech should be given to the US House of Representatives and Senate, they certainly fit the description given in the speech.
Thanks for another entertaining story.
Comments from author:
Cheers, that speech still fits the House of Commons today!
