Ah, that explains it. This reality is a cross between both "True Lies" and "Sailormoon"... would have been funny if it had been "La Totale", the original version of "True lies"... the french one, i mean. I love that movie. As for Treu Lies... well, this is probably one of very few american remakes of foreign movies i thought of as good. The only other one being "Speedracer", based on a 1960s anime.
Okay... did the Slayer spirit just cross dimensions? Heck, how did it even end in Dana? Unless you're going with my theory that movies and other fictions are things that happened in ther realities. And how did Xander not react to Faith's proclamation that the daughter of one of his... avatars, so to speak, got chosen?
Oh, and i hope you have more Senshis goodness planned because i'm a fan!
OK, I admit it. I was prejudiced by the blurb into thinking you were starting another unconnected story. Mea culpa, mea maxima aculpa... So, I like this. It's even damn funny in places. Keep up the great work!

Good. Interesting development regarding Ami and Rei. I'm not sure it was a good idea to reveal their identities though. Secretary Milner reminds me of Senator Kinsey from Stargate SG-1.
One thing - “We have been told that they began on this planet over Millennium ago.
I think you need to change the time period. A millenium ago is too recent.
The English dub states that the Moon Kingdom existed one thousand years ago, but the original manga made it prehistoric. It makes more sense that way.
