I know it might spread you a little too thin, (and I am still waiting for Tabula Avatar continuation!) but you should totally do Game of Thrones/Forgotten Realms cross over! I am doing one myself on ff.net right now and it is a lot of fun )

Thank you! Not that Cierre is having fun in 'The Dark Companion'; at the moment she is feeling guilty, miserable, and depressed - bad news for the Corsairs of Umbar, because Cierre shares with Ilyria the desire to relieve misery by doing more violence.

I won't be doing any crossovers with Game of Thrones; I got about half-way through the first book before getting bored with it, and I've never watched any of the TV series, so I couldn't write the setting properly. And I don't think it would work, anyway; Cierre's character development comes from associating with good people and everyone in Game of Thrones seems to be treacherous scum - it would be just like being back in Menzoberranzan.

The only future crossover I have planned in which Cierre will feature (other than future chapters of 'A Plague of Serpents') is the Tabula Avatar side-story 'The King of Elfland's Daughter', Stargate SG-1/Forgotten Realms/NCIS. (Oh, and the future TA side-story 'What Doesn't Kill You...' but that features a real person in a leading role and so will never appear on this site).

Oh man Speaker I so wonder where your Les Mort timeline will go? I wonder if Drizzt will find himself in the same Elven paradice Cierre is.

I doubt if Drizzt will end up there; I'm not sure what the latest official word on Drizzt is but I'm pretty sure he survived the Spellplague (and as a Mielikki-worshipper he's unaffected by the deaths of Eilistraee, Vhaeraun, and then Mystra). However I do have plans for Liriel Baenre...
