Indeed. Wesley is going to get a shock when he finds out he's not going to be the Watcher to two Slayers only one - who herself will be far more inclined to listen to Giles or Xander than him.

Yes I'm still working on this. Right now I am about two thirds of the way through writing the next chapter. Barring any unforseen difficulties it should be ready soon.

I think this story has a great start to it and I hope that you keep it going. I am a big fan of BTVS and of Charmed and I always look forward to stories dealing with them.

Indeed he might. Being a whitelighter assigned to Slayers as opposed to just witches he is allowed a bit more leeway in what he can do to help them by the Elders and it is known that both Whitelighters and Elders do have offensive electrokinetic powers - if I remember Leo used his offensively at least twice in the show - though they're generally not used. Whether Xander will be allowed to use his by his bosses I haven't decided yet.

Faith deserved her own place and it helps in making her feel less like an outsider and more like a real Scooby and thus much less likely to fall into darkness.
And I agree orbing is so worth the nausea you get initially. Faith and the others will soon come to understand that, though hopefully not to the point where they always want to travel 'Air Xander'.
