You're a genius, by the way. Using Buffy's Halloween costume to make an connection between her and the Anita Blake world... I never, in a million years, would have thought of something like that, but now that you've brought the idea to life, I'm so surprised that it hasn't been done before. It makes so much sense. Almost too much sense. It's also why I need this story to be updated!

Also, I like that Asher doesn't seem to be trying to pork Buffy, and instead, wants to have a familial (like a fifth-cousin? Distantly related enough to still be pervy?) relationship. It would be an insult to Buffy and Julianna's memory if he (and Jean-Claude) wanted to make the best with two (or three) backs, just because she's a pseudo-remnant of Julianna's.

I WANT BUFFY TO MEET EDWARD! I don't know why, but I feel like it will be one of the most entertaining parts of the story. Like a Buffy filler episode that ends up being better than the episodes focusing on Big-Bads (does that even make sense?).

So, to wrap things up.... This is awesome, you are awesome, and it would be awesome if you updated!! Thanks!! :D
