Not really. The challenge was to show the Scoobies deal with current problems. Not interested in magic and mayhem, I chose this. You try something else if you want.

You may want to keep in mind that not all your readers are American. I have absolutely no idea what you mean when you refer to 'PPACA', or what the requirements of 'Obamacare-qualified' health insurance are.

Yes, you're right. Cultural imperialism at its worst. You know the old joke:
"What do you call someone who speaks two languages?"
"Bilingual."
"What do you call someone who speaks three languages?"
"Trilingual."
"What do you call someone who speaks one language?"
"American."

yeah, the Watcher's Council qualifies as a small business. I'm sure.

In the United States, it does. Remember, almost everyone from the old Council is dead. They started from scratch in 2003.
