I fully agree that the council would not be rich, for exactly the reasons you state.

I also think that the council was not as bad as most fanfic makes out, but that is another issue.

I always though Spike was a better villain that a hero, so I am happy he was dusted.

Glad to see that faith is planning to stay in the new reality.

I agree that the council in canon certainly wasn't evil. In my stories they tend to be misguided. Or perhaps just selfish is the best way to describe them.

The less said about Spike's loss of coolness, the better.

Faith is giving Xander tips on not being a slacker and working hard? What a strange world you have created! And while Xander may not have a problem with his sudden change in circumstances some of his friends will! Maybe Cordy will call down vengeance on Faith's head this time?

Xander changed a lot over the course of the seasons and even more after the series ended. And yes, not everyone will be happy with this turn of events.

Interesting to see how Spike's death changes things.

Like Faith's emotion at finding Xander isn't her Xander.

Neither age nor influence magically grant money. Being old just gives you more years to throw your money away. They do have some WEALTH, which is different than having INCOME, and doesn't allow you to pay Slayers a living wage for very long.

Intriguing story, not sure a small girl without powers
could take down a couple of vamps though.

But a good concept and well-written.

It may not be canon, but I really like the idea that there were older/twin, even maybe some younger siblings around. Makes so much sense. Good idea, good chapter!

I know. I've never heard of a city with so many only-children.

Faith's 1220 - not spectacular, but I got in at every college I applied to with a 1250 and a 3.67 GPA. True, I didn't shoot for the stars (the big names on my list were UC San Diego, UNLV and Arizona). In my case, I took it on about five hours' sleep - my high school's band was performing the night before.

For those not familiar, at the time the SAT was 2 sections, math and English, and each was scored on a 200-800 scale. So that number would be the two added together (like my 540 math, 710 verbal).

[edit: most people, like mself, take the SAT during junior year, since most college app deadlines are early in senior year. So she'd only be taking it one year early, not two.]

Not spectacular for a senior. Awesome for a sophomore.

EDIT: Ha! I had forgotten that fact. You're right. Myself and the writers are wrong. But since the Scoobies were taking it senior year, so will Faith.

Thank you for updating this excellent story, I'm really enjoying it! And you did make a good point on the large numbers of kids in Sunnydale who had no siblings. Look forward to more and hopefully updates of your other stories.
