Review of chapter "Chapter One" from TinMan
Review:
This is a fairly amusing little fic.

The constant misunderstandings of these perfectly inteligent people seems to be most to the story, so I'm wondering where you'd go from here?
Comments from author:
Well, since the people involved are all highly trained investigators, with logic on their side, they almost certainly aren't going to be hypothesizing about werewolves. (Well, Munch might.)

And I'm waiting for my muse to tell me where this is going.

Review of chapter "Chapter One" from Cateagle
Review:
*snicker* Turn-about is definitely fair play, but it's a rude shock to the predators to find they've suddenly becom prey; not hat a lot of folk would find that quite enjoyable. I wonder just how closely this case will get investigated?
Comments from author:
The SVU unit will work it to the best of their ability, but they've got a lot of cases, and three's not really a whole lot to go on here. After all reasonable leads go dry, it'll go into the cold case files.

Review:
A well written crossover investigation. Great stuff, thanks.
Comments from author:
Thanks.

And the best part is that, with the canon characterizations, NONE of the people involved in the investigations would ever consider Nina as a viable suspect unless they can connect her to some sort of large dog training operation,or something similar.

Review of chapter "Chapter One" from Rich
Review:
Obviously Nina has learned to control her transformation; if she hadn't, there would have been many more reports (as the detectives pointed out, you can't exactly hide an animal that size in a city). She only changes when she has to, in self-defence. Best guess is that SVU won't be able to make a case, unless they get actual video of Nina changing form. This could work as part of a longer story, if you decide to go that way.
Comments from author:
That's what I'm figuring.

And since the only thing have to connect her to both crimes is that she was the victim of the first one, and walking down the same street prior to the victim of the second one getting chewed up by some kind of big dog, I can't see *any* D.A. even considering thinking of asking for any sort of warrant for any type of investigation without a *lot* more *substantial* evidence.

The detectives don't have anything at all now, aside from the extremely tenuous connection I noted above.

Hope she has a good lawyer with that crew gunning for her.

Good story.

And that's not even considering the uproar any victims rights groups would raise, if they even picked her up for questioning. ;-)

Review of chapter "Chapter One" from FireWolfe
Review:
Damn I love this one.Hope there is a sequel. Love to see Angel and company step up to help. Make the lawyers work lol.
Comments from author:
This is set after "Not Fade Away" and my muse hasn't told what happened with that yet, so things are still up in the air.

I'm quite sure there's going to be more Nina in New York stories. I just don't know when or what they'll involve.

Review:
Good. Has Nina, like Oz, gained enough control of her abilities so that she can change without a full moon?

All you need now is Carl Kolshak.
Comments from author:
I'm guessing that she has, but my muse really hasn't told me a whole lot more about this storyline at this point.

And suggesting adding Carl Kolchak made my muse's grin just get even wider. ;-)

Thanks for the inspiration! ;-)

Review:
Interesting, I don't think I've read a story where Nina is the main character. Will Buffy and Co make an appearance or are you going to keep it Nina centred? Looking forward to more.
Comments from author:
At this point in time, I'm not completely sure whether any of the other Buffy or Angel characters will be showing up.

I'm also not sure exactly where this is going, since my muse hasn't really told me what else she's got planned at this time.

She tells me what to write, and I do it. ;-)

Review of chapter "Chapter One" from Cutiepie
Review:
I felt that ID coming, but gotta wonder why Nina isn't locking herself up on full moon nights.

And also, wow! I can't believe that Joss hasn't signed over all rights to Angel/Buffy to you yet. What's the hold up? Doesn't he realize what good hands they would all be in?
Comments from author:
First off, who says Nina is actually responsible for getting a piece of human offal like that off the streets?

Actually, I do, since she really did do it! ;-)

Adn it's also entirely possible that she might be able to control her transformation at this point in time. ;-)

And second, thanks for the compliment. ;-)
