Oh what a horrible dream :-( though she shall indeed be very far away from the Shire this is such a kick for him, though I would love to see how the bond between Thorin and Buttercup grows, I loved the fact that when he was rude to her and ignored her presence she just did the same.

I love your stories but almost every one makes me cry at some point. They are beautifully written and wonderfully thought out, and if I could think of more adverbs ending in -ing to describe them I would. But again, almost every one seems so sad.

That was wonderful!!! You really brought Buttercup to life with just Bilbo and Thorin's dialog and thoughts about her. You should make a prequel to this story! I loved how protective Bilbo was with Buttercup and I would have loved to see the relationship bloom between Thorin and Buttercup.
I love that Thorin intends to make Buttercup his Queen, but I also feel really bad for Bilbo. Poor guy is gonna miss his sister like crazy if she marries Thorin and stays in Erebor.
YES! Love it :-) I adore the fact that Thorin is finally fessing up to his feelings for Buttercup and making his intentions known but you really can't help but feel bad for Bilbo... Im eager to see what Buttercup thinks when she wakes up and understands whats going on.
