Years ago, I read the original The Doctor and The Enterprise, with Kirk's crew and Tom Baker's Doctor. Then a few years ago, I read the sequel, with Sylvester's Doctor and Picard's Enterprise. No WONDER Worf recognized the TARDIS! And I think that he and Odo are going to have a lot to talk about over that prune juice.

Thank you for the comment. I have a story in mind and partially on my computer for what happened, but IDW, the comic company that currently holds the license for both Doctor Who and Star Trek, has recently published a crossover mini-series featuring the Eleventh Doctor and the crew of the Enterprise D called "Assimilation Squared". It was about the Cybermen and the Borg teaming up to deliver great conformity to the universe. It was a decent read but too generic in it's execution in my opinion, and the art was wonky and uneven (though they had the Fourth Doctor teaming up with the Original Series crew in one issue and that was totally worth the price of admission!). I like my idea better, and will endeavor to finish the story and post it. If for some reason I am unable to do so, then you can consider that comic what happened. Thank you very much again for your wonderful comment!

I liked it and also delightfully surprised that Worf knows who the Doctor is. However, somewhat unlike the Doctor to do info dump and leave - unless he's re-parking the TARDIS. The Doctor is more likely to do info-dump and then socialize or get the other, local, person helping him solve some kind of science mystery, don't you think?

Thank you very much for your review. I find myself absolutely agreeing with you and will edit the story to some degree to explain why he just left. This segment was originally written as part of a larger story, which is why I neglected to elaborate further on the Doctor's situation. I do plan on posting that story when I finish it, but I thought I'd post a few encounters with the Doctor to see how people thought I was doing with the Star Trek characters, as I'd never written them before. Thank you again for your thoughts and opinions. They are greatly appreciated!

Thank you. I have an idea in mind and am working on it. I hope to have it finished someday soon, but if I don't, please feel free to consider the IDW TNG/Doctor Who story "Assimilation Squared" the story he was referring to. Thank you again for your comment!

Thank you! I plan to add further encounters with the Doctor ranging from all series televised and one not. I'd like to write a story featuring Captain MacKenzie Calhoun of the USS Excalibur from the very excellent series of novels written by Peter David called "Star Trek: New Frontier". Well worth reading if you appreciate great dialogue, developed characters, and epic plots! Thank you again for reading my story, and I hope you will enjoy the follow ups!
