Just /had/ to come back and re read this after reading your latest, 'Xander the Assassin', and really have to say it is just as good as the first (few dozen) time I read it. Now, if we could persuade your Muses to inspire more, and get into Faith's life - a major and dramatic change, I must say - I'd be a happy camper... Well, happier than I am after reading both stories and needing more...
Hoping that when/if they get to Sunnydale, Faith is more relaxed and not the PTSD victim of canon; also that she doesn't pull a Buffy attitude toward her predecessor. They could learn a lot from one another, and the fact that Buffy has had a team helping her would, SHOULD, appeal to the incoming Slayer.
Plus I really, REALLY wanna see an Alex harem develop with Cordelia, Buffy, and Faith in it... well, to /start/ with, anyway...
I am truly enjoying this story and hope that you update soon , I am tracking most if not all of the responses to the Ship of the Line Challenge & am find them all most interesting but also so different to each other, some one shots others with ongoing development .
Hope for more updates ASAP so I have more to read .

An interesting beginning. Very interesting. Wonder when/if Alex will register that the 'new' tech is trek tech? (Why were they wearing Star Trek comm badges anyway?)
