One question. Where did Faith get her Mjolnyr (sorry about the spelling) hammer? Unless I missed something? I reread the story and don't remember anything about her getting it but it took several days due to things happening in the middle of reading it.
All I have to say about it ending is this: NOOoooo!
Please continue it as a series. Getting back to their Universe *is* a good ending point. It sets things up perfectly for continuing in their own Universe.
One *major* reason is that you were having a new culture form with the Scoobies but it hasn't had enough time yet. I think it's important, especially since it is a much freer society than what we have now (vastly less prudery for one thing, which is very, very healthy - there is no reason or anything wrong with a woman being respected and admired for competence in her achievements in some technical or other field while she is also wanting to be a lusted after sex object who goes nude publicly to do so even at the same time or does so just because she is totally self confident [Faith comes to mind in this case]; why not have it all? No need to not be a complicated person.). While many are nude at Willow's beach I didn't get the sense that any beyond Faith had joined Dawn in doing so whenever they are off duty. Raven's awakening with Willow nude was in a closed room.
Also, it is good to show treating children with respect for their mental abilities (unlike in the real world) and reasoning with them instead of just giving orders with implied punishment if they don't obey and saying they'll understand why some years down the road. Both L. Neil Smith and Stephan Molyneux have articles (Smith) and YouTube videos (Molynuex) about this.
You really should show where they go with it all to do it justice. Also, stories about free people who disdain Authority (yeah, with a capital A) are sorely needed these days. Very sorely needed.
Plus the sub plots you started and projects they are doing need time to flesh out. Who of the 1500(?) stays with them?
As for where you could go with it:
How about the new BSG? Disregard the canon ending, it stank and was an insult to its' fans besides being nonsensical (worshiping the Greek gods 150,000 years ago? No way, they were in our time period. It shows the 13th tribe, or a destitute remnant of it, got to Earth and influenced things even though their origins from 'out there' was lost). When is a good question. Before and prevent the Holocaust or find the Remnant Fleet? Ah, decisions, decisions.
How about variations of other canons that started out the same but diverged in this Buffyverse?
Ex. Star Trek: The Preservers took humans from Earth and put them on other Earths that they created. Several fics use this. Such as Babylon 5 (their mid 23rd century is our now). Other Earths could be from any show, movie, or book you want. All are happening at the same time, each on its' own Earth.
The events leading up to the Federation don't happen here but diverged into it's own timeline (hence Andrew getting to be Kirk from that Universe).
I still think the uniform should include a phaser (cross draw to go with the ST Empire inspired uniforms), especially for the non-Kryptonians. It's just too cool not to. And a light saber.
There is so much potential here it would be such a waste not to continue it. Please, please go for it.

Faith got her hammer from Supernatural... Season 8 episode 2... Thor's hammer was in the show... (they left the damn thing somewhere... rather than keep it... I've got no clue why it was never explained why Sam didn't keep it...)
As for continuing the story... We'll see, I've got other projects to work on first... (If I continue it at all.)
It's interesting playing with new worlds. I enjoy seeing how people would react when they're presented with new experiences.
My parents treated me with respect. I don't see the problem with dealing with children as people rather than monsters. (or idiots)
Honestly I think people have forgotten that we're not all clones.
Some of the clothes or not is left to the people reading... are they... are they not.. did they... others I explained.
As for plots and sub plots... I can see them working on those if I continue it. :) It's always nice to leave a couple of what ifs... :)
I absolutely hated the f-ing ending for BSG. I wanted to beat Adma to death with a baseball bat and the stupid religious nutcase... the angel? Baltar....? wtf... them abandoning their tech.... another wtf... Basically so many are you fucking crazy... moments... for the crap ending... It was like some stupid Christian got a hold of the ending and says... oh right the mechanicals are right... So yeah I would be ignoring that if I ever went there...
I could see some people showing up with their later is the main character's now... That could be fun.
I can see them wanting some firepower. I can see them using lightsabers as well...
As for continuing it... I want to play with some other stuff... like my Hp fic on another site, like an older story on here that I need to continue... that type of stuff. It was an interesting ride up I like my other stories as well. Thanks for the review.

I think that's some of the fun in a story... but yeah over powered. It takes a bit of work to balance insanity with high tech stuff... trying to keep things within a legit power level... but sometimes it's fun to just not care if things are over powered.

As I told another author, I private review my editing ideas because, when I think the story is good, I want others to enjoy it and I'm not out to put down any authors. You and the other good ones are a treasure to be nurtured and encouraged for future 'goodness'. Buffy-isms forever!!
Keep up the good work and I'll be waiting for the next adventure.

I'm decently happy for editing comments... I'm generally really happy for excellent private editing comments. :)
Hopefully it won't be too long before I continue writing here. Thanks for the reviews and edits.

Only 10 chapters, so not very long. But they did seem to get a lot done and it was rather entertaining so I guess being short isn't too bad. :) Theoretically you could have probably had it go on almost forever with multi-verses, but I suppose you have to draw the line somewhere.

I could have had it continue for a while... but I wanted to end on a high note for the gang... they defeated a First... saved some old friends and got back home... only to realize that they had outgrown the place. I figured it was a good place to end it. Thanks for the reviews and I'm glad you enjoyed the story.
