Been enjoying this read. Your having the Powers basically 'twin' Buffy (perhaps like what happened in the wishverse?) works out better in my mind than most of the convoluted methods used by other authors.
Don't be discouraged by people not liking the femslash. Frankly, there are plenty of het pairings of Buffy with Lego and Haldy out there for the tolkeinverse. However there are almost no non-het pairings out there for middle earth so it is a nice change. I hope you are able to stick with this.

I have MOST of the next chapter done up, and in fact the wordcount is probably higher in the next chapter than in the chapters previous to it, but I can't find a good ending point for it or it'd be up already.

There are Vampires in Arda. Were-wolves too I think. Thuringwethil(?) was the most famous, killed by Luthlien(?) and her skin used to infiltrate Angband(?) during the whole steal the Silmaril quest Beren was on.

Yet, other than during the Simarillion they never come up, thus are unimportant.

Oh love it so far. Must confess that a few sentence's are a little difficult to read but then I read them again. No problem.

I can't wait what will happen next and hope you'll be a fast updater because I'm curious and have this story on tracking so I won't miss a thing.

My hope is pairing between elves and hopefully Haldir or Legolas. There ain't much good stories where she ends with those two. Legolas has more stories but mostly unfinished ones and Haldir I only found two I believe.

Well keep writing the good stuff and I will keep reading and waiting for updates.

edit: Oh darn it's gone be femslahs. Buffy is becoming gay isn't she. I can still don't see her as a gay person even after season 8 that's more a Willow thing. Darn

The pairing should be mostly revealed next chapter if I don't rewrite it. It isn't Haldir or Legolas however, those are actual pairing choices and I would have selected it if it applied. Won't say who it is though.

Interesting - although I do hate the Whistler trope in fanfiction and the Powers interceding. But whatever it takes to get her to ME.

And I wonder who she will be paired with. You marked as "other pairing", so I suppose not Aragorn, Boromir, and Legolas...for what it is worth, I LOVE Elladan or Elrohir pairings ;)

Alas, Elladan and Elrohir are both not in her cards. Feel free to keep guessing though.

Well, I CAN say it won't be the simarillion. Haven't read it so no, she's not ending up on Numenor or wherever. It WILL be in the third age, but that doesn't give you much help either does it?
