Not sure if I will ever continue it since this was originally just a prompt response, but I've got more niggling around in the back of my brain so who knows. :D

was a bit disappointed that black widow and hawkeye wasn't mentioned, especially as buffy and natasha have got a bit in common like they were both treated like weapons instead of people when they were growing up. buffy by the council and natasha by those who ran the red room. and clint has also got a butt load of issues from his pass.
but i did enjoy it. its something new and different

I don't really know anything about the comics so what little I know about Hawkeye and Black Widow is what little I've picked up from reading fanfic, which is why I didn't include them in this. I've got this set in movie verse and went with that canon because that's what I'm comfortable with. I did think about possibly adding them in but decided against it because of those reasons. :D

But I'm glad you enjoyed it! Not sure if I'm going to continue this, but we will see.

As the last Chosen One was actually Faith, I'd be betting on the Resurrection Sunburn, myself.

It's worth remembering that the line was not actually *split* until Willow's spell resurrected and re-Called Elizabeth Anne Summers.

Since she'd been Called twice already, being a focus of the activation spell effectively made her Trismegistus, "thrice great".

There were bound to be side effects.

*shakes head* Actually, Buffy is the last Chosen One. She is the last one to be the only active slayer in existence. When Faith was called, Buffy was still alive so therefore was not One. Yes, she was Chosen, just not the One. At least, that's my opinion.

But yeah, there were bound to be side effects for at least Buffy and I would even think to Faith. There are always consequences from magic. I always like to explore just what those changes might consist of. :D

I really enjoy how you've chosen to make Buffy changed after the spells. She isn't outwardly different to anyone else, but she knows something is different.
And though satisfied with the story ending as is, I'd still love to know what us going on. Like what is the purpose to Buffy seeing these particular people who need reassurance and comfort in times of need. Is she meant to meet them?

But I don't doubt you will follow up with something explaining everything.
