Okay, so I was looking at it saying to myself, "That's a cool pick of Oz, but I don't see any crossoverness with it considering it was styled for the old logo."

Then I read the text underneath and went, "The Tick? I don't see a pic of The Tick anywhere in there. This person must be smoking some- Gahhh!!" His picture just jumped out at me. It's like those optical illusions or a "Where's Waldo" kind of thing; you don't see it for ever and then once you do, you can't get it to go away.
