Aww, a shopping trip with Harry, Buffy and Sarah. How cool for all of them! I like that Harry's doing Arithmancy instead of Divination; cool detour from canon.

You know that bit about the houses and which one Sarah will be in is kinda making me hope that she'll be a snake...just for fun and torture...of Snape and Malfoy's minions. (I'm assuming that she's emotionally strong enough to put up with their crap; otherwise I wouldn't want her to suffer like that)

Thanks! I really liked writing the shopping trip, giving Harry a chance to bond with people who should have been like family to him. And Harry's choice to pick Arithmancy rather than Divination will allow him to branch out some, both in regards to other people as well as thinking. :) As for Sarah's house...you'll find out where she ends up in chapter three.

I've been reading the series since the beginning. I love it so far. Now we're getting into Canon. Love to see how Harry will react to seeing Buffy and Remus and Sarah (There's no Phoebe this time? I liked Remus and Buffy having 2 kids) Love to see when everything comes out in the open. Not to mention when the truth about Sirius is out in the open. Can you imagine how Lucius Malfoy will react to Buffy returning to the wizarding world. Buffy still holds a grudge over Voldemort over what happened to the male slayer's death. (Speaking of which with Voldemort losing his body, will there be a new male slayer?) Great first chapter of the new fic. Love to see what happens next.

Thank you very much! So far I really love playing around the canon sandbox of Prisoner of Azkaban. No, there's no Phoebe this time: I love writing her in the Out of the Blue series, but there's no place for a Phoebe-storyline in Roads Travelled: I already have so many characters to focus on, original and canon, and I felt that it was better to exclude Phoebe, rather than add her and then neglect her. And don't worry - Lucius Malfoy will have a say! :D As for a new male Slayer - as I mentioned in the last chapter of Road of Sacrifice, though Voldemort lost his body he is not gone - therefore, a new Slayer can't be called. Only when Voldemort is completely gone and dead will that happen.
