my grandmother and great grandmother both died from leukemia.

My grandmother procrastinated seeing a doctor about symptoms that led to it not being treated in time, my great grandmother figured she was old enough, had seen a great grandchild, and was ready to be reunited with her husband.

This really hits home. Very well written.
