Review of chapter "Chapter One" from JinaSolo
Review:
"Well its a possibility but you also have to take into account that willow didn't become a powerful witch until season five and this takes place in season two. Even then she didn't become super powerful until the final battle of the seventh season."

But both Jenny Calendar and Giles are magic users, and this is the result of a spell... It is also a way to fully introduce Jenny Calendar earlier and to integrate her...

This is an interesting story.

But can't Willow use magic to repair her spine/legs? She is Willow...

An interesting story, though the large amount of missing punctuation makes reading it something of a chore.

Review:
Wow Willow with the memories of BG that might be one hell of an equalizer once she turns that intellect to dealing with the sunnydale weird gotten curious as to what she might create & how effective they might be on the local wildlife.

Edits: Hope you have some ideas to continue this line of thought for your storyverse cause I'm interested to see where it goes if there is more.

Review of chapter "Chapter One" from Oxnate
Review:
I really like this. A YAHF with actual NEGATIVE consequences to any character is rare. That both Buffy and Willow suffered for this is very neat. (not for them, of course)

On you other comments and replies: I think you're wrong about Willow being able to handle two vamps now. If they were both in front of her, maybe. But she needs one arm to turn herself now, leaving only one arm to fight. She can bring that second arm in to surprise someone, but if a vamp gets behind her, she's toast. Buttered side down.
Comments from author:
Thanks for the review. As for Willow well I might have been exaggerating a little bit but she's not going to be a pushover just because she's in the chair now.

Review of chapter "Chapter One" from Riniko
Review:
Bad luck for Willow, she would have been so much better off going as Bat Girl. Being stuck in the wheelchair and in Sunnydale would be an even great stimulus to take up magic to even her power against the things using it against them. This would likely lead to looking into healing magics too, never understood how the heroes could leave Barbara injured like that. It seems like all of them have been hurt badly before and found a magic or technological cure but her. Case in point would be Batman, he gets his back broken by Bane and is later healed. It could be a while, but it should not be impossible to heal Willow with the resources they have. Nightwing is smarter than Xander was played, but that's OK, he was letting Barbara take the lead. Now, the question is was it Larry or Spike that found Lady Useless, if it was Spike he will be dust soon. If Larry, he better run.
Comments from author:
Barbara never got healed mainly because she didn't want to be given special treatment. at least that was what I found out on when I researched oracle. But no if I continue this story Willow will not be magically healed at least not yet I have some ideas that Willow could build some braces like Oracle had on the TV show Birds of Prey, but I wont mystically heal her. I don't know If she will dive into magic or not but Oracle even in a wheelchair is no push-over I think she could handle at least two Vamps on her own.

I realize that my portrayal of Nightwing isn't all that accurate but I don't know the character all that well and did the best I could.

As for who attempted to rape Buffy well I'll leave that my secret for now in case I do continue this story at some point.

Thank you for the great review.

poor Ethan...Xander isn't going to be happy with you...
Comments from author:
In all honesty I would be more worried about what Giles would do to him after all his slayer was almost raped because of Ethan's prank. That and Xander is more likely to blame himself rather than Ethan at least at first. Thank you for the review.

Review of chapter "Chapter One" from Xanaris
Review:
Pretty interesting so far. The only thing I didn't particularly like is Nightwing's ignorance. Nightwing's supposed to be a world-class detective, maybe not on Batman's level but he's pretty high up there. But your Nightwing didn't seem to know anything; he was surprised that Barbara figured out their location within minutes, he couldn't deduce that it was a possession, and he didn't know anything about Janus. Not only that, but he's constantly asking questions like 'How do you know so and so?' and 'Where do we find so and so?' and even 'What should we do next?'. Frankly, he doesn't feel like Nightwing, a notable leader, master strategist and world-class detective. Right now the impression I get of him is of an inexperienced sidekick.

Is Willow still going to learn magic now that she's got Barbara's memories?
Comments from author:
Thank you for your honesty and review. I don't really know Nightwing all that well so my characterization of him is probably off. As for his surprise at Barbara figuring out where they are he didn't have time to put the clues together since he was fighting the entire time. He didn't have enough information to deduce that it was a possession. Barbara was the one using the computer to get information so of course he would ask her questions like where's the store how do you know that's the right one, and as for following Barbara's lead I thought he was in love with her. If so he has to know the one key rule in every relationship 'the woman is always right even when their wrong', and 'if the woman is happy then you're happy'. Even if my Nightwing wasn't exactly in character I hope I portrayed Barbara better.

As for Willow learning magic still I just don't know. This story was not planned I was writing a chapter for another story and couldn't because this idea wouldn't get out of my head. I don't even know if I will continue this or not. I could as I have a few general ideas but not an overall plot as of right now.

Again I thank you for your honesty and If I ever continue this story I will try to keep the characterization as close to the original as possible.

Review:
Interesting.

Would have been better if Cordy had dressed as Starfire and Buffy as the present Batgirl. Especially if it was the Starfire who (IIRC) may well be bi, and not against sharing.
Comments from author:
Thanks I thought about including Buffy going as Batgirl but I didn't want to power-up Buffy if I continued the story. Buffy already has a mystical power-up with Willow and Xander I wanted to use these possessions as a means to even the playing field. As for Cordelia I never thought about it.

Review of chapter "Chapter One" from VillageOrchid
Review:
The story leaves me wanted to resolve if they can magically fix what magic caused, but I can sense it is a balance thing for the benefits that Xander will have, perhaps? A duality of Janus? However, Xander would be willing to give up any special advantages. Willow might not want him to, considering the danger of the hellmouth.
Comments from author:
My thought on this was that the magic broke willow's spine to turn her into Oracle but when it was stopped it couldn't heal the injury, so even if I continue this she will still be stuck in the chair. At least for a while.
