Review of chapter "Sleepless" from Difdi
Review:
> Alex nodded. "Sounds a lot more dangerous than a rodeo clown."

> "Da, but they are never seen outside a noh theatre."

Depending on how you parse that sentence, that might make them MORE dangerous, not less.

As for mimes, a telekinetic mime would be a scary, scary thing. Even if French.

Edit:

Depends on how strongly telekinetic they are. Imagine the havoc they could wreak with an invisible wall wide enough to divide a city and strong enough to stop tanks in their tracks (pardon the pun). Or getting dragged out from behind cover during a firefight by a mime pulling you with an invisible rope.

As for the noh ninjas, never seeing them outside a theater could be because they never leave it...or because they are just so damned good as ninjas that you never see them -- people just die mysteriously.
Comments from author:
Much more dangerous, but thankfully only in a limited area.

Review of chapter "Back to the Dole" from zanviller
Review:
I laughed until I cried, and then I laughed some more. Way to wrap this LONG series of chapters up with a nice, tidy bow.

When doing story/ficlets that can be out of order, it would be super helpful if the authors could include hyperlinks to the appropriate chapters.

I hope the next installment of stories will be just as entertaining as these were!

Thanks to everyone who contributed!

Review of chapter "Back to the Dole" from KrisB
Review:
I think that you should have left this in. Why? I have no idea of the source that you used for the cross, but that's fine because everything just fit perfectly. You had the right blend of funny, flirting, and nearly everything in there.

Knowledge of the cross isn't really required for this one. They'd just be the "restaurant folks" to those of us that don't know where the cross is from.

I think that Xander needs some actual healing action. Instead of arriving at a world with a young Dawn, why not stop at a world with an 18 year old Dawn that has just lost Joyce and the local Xander is in a committed relationship so isn't available.

On a side note, I'd love for Xander to visit a Ranma world and get talked into "saving" an Amazon village as well from a random danger. Actually, some of Anime Adventure had some good worlds where Ranma's Nerima knew some rather bad worlding event were on the way. I'm almost frightened of thinking of Xander packing up several wards of Tokyo in his back seat.

I don't think that they've quite reached the stage where they could support cities of refugees yet. They've been looting intact cities and valuables... not farm lands. Which reminds me, you'll need a few scenes from Konoha and their adventures in exploring the back seat.

I like.

Maybe when he leaves, Anya's sharing his alternate with Buffy, Willow, and Tara, with Dawn on the reserve list.

As far as I'm concerned you can put it in - even if I don't know about 'Continuity' it's very amusing and would fit perfectly. Especially with the 'Inspector Spacetime' jokes.
