Review of chapter "Day in the Sun" from (Recent Donor)Luna
Review:
Oooo I LOVED the first two chapters, although bit dissappointed by the second 2 and Harry working at a baseball place. Esp the last chapters was crazy short... But the premise is so GREAT that I would looove to see more.

Oh, brother! Let me guess? Harry is a natural at catching the ball. Catches anything that comes remotely near him. Sounds good, so far. Molly Weasley as Minister of the Wizardling World? I bet she makes Margaret Thacher look like a sweetheart.

Review of chapter "At the Epicenter" from zafaran
Review:
More, more, more, please. Working for a minor league baseball club is a variation I've never seen as a job Harry would do away from the Wizarding World. Nicely done. I hope your schedule and muse will allow you to write and post more chapters sometime soon. Keep up the good work. Zafaran {mailto:} zafaran {at} fastmail {dot} fm

Review of chapter "At the Epicenter" from zapoteca
Review:
This sounds like it could be really interesting. I've never been a fan of Harry/Hermione, but going by high quality of what you've posted so far, it looks like you could pull it off.
Comments from author:
I never really liked the Ron/Hermione thing - they seem just so dissimilar. Although there isn't much beyond what could be classified as brother/sisterly affection in the books between Harry and Hermione, I think it could well be used as the foundation for a transformation into a post-Hogwarts romance...

Review:
Cam? Oh, this should be interesting...
Comments from author:
Cam's just a throwaway OC. The important bit there was him convincing Harry of what to do.

(I went in and changed his last name after checking and realizing I'd accidentally used an established character's name from another 'verse - that was NOT intended.)

Review of chapter "Athena's Reaction" from orangemike
Review:
I love the narrative opening the first chapter: the varying reactions of different persons, the Dumbledore vignette (gee, where did he get THOSE words?) and the aftermath in general.

Looking forward to more...

SOON!

Review of chapter "Athena's Reaction" from Cutiepie
Review:
Very interesting start to your story. I think I could come to like this one a whole lot. With lots of additional chapters, that is (yes, very un-subtle urging for updates there). But I have to admit that the following paragraph was confusing to me:

It was not, however, common knowledge in the Muggle World. The new Minister of Magic, a friend of Mr. Potter - perhaps even his prospective mother-in-law, many whispered - had clearly stated that "If he truly wants to be found, he will be, without our needing to explain the situation to the Muggle Prime Minister. Besides, he is not a criminal." She had then smiled that wry smile of hers, and continued, "Then again, neither was Mr. Black."

I was assuming that you meant that the new Minister of Magic was Mrs. Weasley because of the portion about her perhaps being Harry's prospective mother-in-law (meaning Harry might marry Ginny), but then later it appears that you had cast Hermione in the role of Minister. Which makes no sense whatsoever in regards to the mother-in-law bit since I just don't see Harry waiting for Hermione to have a daughter and for that daughter to grow up so he can marry said daughter. =] Besides which, I can't imaging Hermione even being able to get the job of Minister at the age of 20 or so. Anyway, I hope that you can clear up the misunderstanding, since I want to understand and enjoy every bit of your story.
Comments from author:
Just a confusion of pronouns there. It *was* Mrs. W as the Minister. Hermione was just *working* for the Ministry for a while.

Review of chapter "Waiting for You" from raven
Review:
I have read several "after the battle" fics but this is rather unique in that although Harry does leave, apparently no one knows where he went (usually Dumbledore or Ron or someone knows but doesn't tell...). Can't blame him a bit. Nice set-up putting it through Hermione's eyes. Looking forward to more.
Comments from author:
It's entirely possible, I suppose, that someone does know... just that it's not Hermione, and she's not aware of it either.
