I like the idea but it's a little fast paced. The romance especially. Some of the characters' voices sound off too, especially Bill in his scene of disbelief towards the notion of vampires with a kid and the Slayer. I think his reaction even if disbelieving would have been less insulting and abrupt, more of a disbelieving raise of eyebrows or conflicted emotions on his face while he tries not to blurt something and insult the girl he's attracted too, etc. He simply seems to be rather tactfull and nice in canon.
fabulous love the story, and the fact you've brought Illyria into the mix and made her a maybe not so evil part is very original (I mean if the Senior partners are scared of her can she be all bad) maybe being in human form is having an impact on her hope you get to update soon cause I'm really enjoying this fic *collapses out of breath* (end of semi-willow-type-babble)

I just wanted to let you know that I'm enjoying the story! But I do have one question: what happened to Wini, the kitten, that Cordelia had already bought? Of course, I'm a firm believer in multiple cats so maybe Wini and the gray kitten can play together :-)
