There aren't enough Dennis-fics.
And Amanda is an immortal, right?
Please do a follow-up where she comes years later back to get closure, and visits the house of the guy who stood her up. And then have Cordelia re-introduce her with his ghost. (Don't think Cordy would like the thought of sharing ;-) )

Wow! Nicely done. I'm so glad Dennis had Amanda for a girlfriend, at least for a little while. Joss and Co never said what happend to Dennis after Cordy's ... thing ... happened. I hope he got to go to his final reward and got to meet someone as freaking cool as Amanda.
