It's the big question/decision, isn't it? What to do when you have the answers...when you know what will happen...but can't control how the info will be used or what changes will occur. How many lives are worth a better future...and are those sacrifices worth it?
Fantastic piece of work!

Review of chapter "A Broken Dream" from bucksavage

Damn, that was really, really good...um, no...not good, GREAT! It was so tense and dramatic and yet it didn't feel all weighed down and maudlin and contrite. That is one hell of a piece of writing.

Review of chapter "A Broken Dream" from joshlamont

i know it's been ages since you touched this story, but if you could somehow see a way to continue it, that would be amazingly fantastic.
I'm not sure how, without bringing Xander into the program, and that would probably defeat the whole purpose of the story, but, I dunno, it just seems such a shame to leave the story at this.

I really liked it but it feels more like a first chapter than a whole story. The way the emotions were really 'felt' but then you get to the end and there is no resolution to the build up.

That was moving. I love the twist on the 'its fiction in my universe' idea. Poor Xander. Poor Sam. At first I couldn't see the series Sam falling for Xander (even post s7 Xander) but when I realized it was "pre-Stargate" Sam it mad a lot more sense. I hope your muses inspire you to continue this at some point. I for one will read it with enthusiasm!
