It seems a shame to end the story there. So much great build up and back story, for no resolution?

I'm sorry I haven't finished this story. I did it for a challenge and it grew much bigger than I had anticipated. I was already working on my book length "Alien Apocalypse" and I guess I just had too many irons in the fire and got burned out. Maybe one day I will finish it but don't hold your breath :(
