Nice piece, with a well-crafted dynamic between Xander and Faith. There's good continuity for the most part, but the last chapter feels a little off from the others. Mad props for having Clark put a smackdown on Robin.
Went spelunking after reading your newer Smallville crossover and have now run through the full "Coffee" series. This is, clearly, not the same continuity as the newer piece, but it's careful to be as consistent as it can with what we knew about the SV characters at the time, and those characterizations are very well rendered. I can definitely hear Kristin Kreuk's voice delivering the "I can bench press a cow!" line (mind you, I think actually bench-pressing a cow would be harder -- and messier -- than lifting a tractor, because the cow is highly unlikely to be cooperative about it).
I certainly wouldn't mind seeing more entries in this series. As far as prospective matchups go, some thoughts:
Hannah Montana That's So Raven
CSI (Lindsey Willlows, Catherine's daughter, could be a Slayer-candidate) NCIS (no obvious Slayer-candidates, unless maybe Abby, but much comic potential)
Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (the daughter of a chosen family is a proto-Slayer our heroes arrive within an hour of Ty & Co. showing up to send them on vacation while their house is rebuilt, and chaos ensues)

Nice. The only problem I can see is that driving 5 hours north of Wichita gets you...Nebraska. So that put a strange mental picture in my head. As a Wichitan, however, I did appreciate the mention. :-) And when I read “No, I just prefer tampons,” Buffy said as Xander sat." I laughed so loud several people in the next room looked at me funny....:-) (we have this glass wall-thing...) Anywho, good job. I'd be interested to see who in the White House ended up with Slayer powers. I could see it being Zoey...;-)

Great story, looking forward to the next part that you hinted at. And boy what a hint... does the Secret Service meet mean that Jenna or Barbara Bush (whom are twins, could prove interesting) or Zoey Bartlett are now Slayers? :)

Fantastic continuation of what we saw in the prequel. More Scoobie goodness, plus some Faith thrown in. you did an admirable job with her character, showing flaws and progress all the same, showing her heart and her still shaky understanding of human interactions. The treatment of Robin was entirely justified, and while I enjoyed him on the show, I can easily see him acting like this. But what I especially loved was Clark and Xander's conversation. You conveyed so much with so few words, a real understanding on Xander's part, and a good lesson for Clark to learn if he's willing. Cute interlude wth Lex and Willow- her babbling was adorable.
