The mixing of present and past tense got pretty bad this chapter. Present tense is just generally awful to read, but when you're not even consistently writing in it? Pretty painful.

Hmm, if Xander was interested in going back to the spaghetti western, I'd love to see him dressed as Amos Malone from the 'Mad Amos' short story collection by Alan Dean Foster. The guy has gone toe to toe with a dragon - the smart way - and his horse is... impressive :D
Aww, you can have Xander go basically anywhere, how about torturing Spike, instead of just killing him? Sneak into the warehouse, knock the blond vampire out and dress him as a goody-goody like Superman... or a Care Bear.... Just before the spell hits :D ... Wait, I just read Chapter #30, seems like he wouldn't have much time after the spell ended to think. Oh well.
Definitely Reccing this one. Huh, I wonder why I never saw it before now.
They may be turning into Super-Xander and Super-Dawn, but the price they're paying is appropriate :)
I'd like to see Dawn as Deanna Troi. I've set up Buffy as Troi in one of my fics, but I haven't really followed up on it.

I like the idea of Xander relieving the Halloween incident over and over again gaining more and more skills plus I like it that Doyle and Dawn towards the end of the first part join in the fun too I can't wait to read the rest good job

It is totally understandable that being Kronos would majorly screw with your mind. Thankfully, he became Adam. And know it looks like Dawn is along for the ride! Yippee!!!
