It actually wasn't shot because Amber Benson, the girl who plays Tara, was "unavailable for filming" or in other words, not interested. Anyway, I liked this. Tara and Willow rock, and I loved that you showed the depths of Willow and Buffy's friendship. Keep writing! --Lor
You know, I keep coming back to this story and rereading it. And I just absolutely love it. I'm glad you wrote it and shared it with us. The idea that Buffy was selfless enough to use her wish to make Willow happy (and bring Tara back) was intense. Well written. Well thought out. Great job :)

Actually that rumor came from an interview that Joss gave regarding the last season of Buffy-he had originally intended to have Tara come back from a wish but couldn't work out the scheduling between the actress and the show. I can't remember where the interview was but I have read one give by him discussing it and an excerpt from a convention where Amber Benson (Tara) mentioned it as well.
I did not see that coming. Wonderful little story and it made me smile a whole lot. Joss made a lot of errors (I think) on the show, but the one that really screwed up my enjoyment was killing Tara. I'm happy with your correction of his mistake.
And yet another proof of how selfless Buffy is: Instead of asking for something for her, she asked for something for her best friend (who, by the way, turned her back on her, if anybody remember.) I think you just made my point.
