I like the bitterness you show in Rafael. Usually we don't see that side of him. And Returning was freakin' awesome my friend. It was my favorite of the two, but it was fluffier and you know, that's just the way I am. :) You've done an excellent job. And, to quote yours truly, I adore them almost as much as I adore you. :)

Do you think you could add another Dark Angel one? Those and the King Arthur are my favourite of this bunch.
I happen to also lovelovelove the Highlander ones.... In 'Absolute Freedom' I'd always hoped for for at least Spike/the Angel crew to find out who she really was.
Wow, just wow. I love this idea of Buffy being Mark's partner and Derek and Buffy being best friends. I'd really love to see another add on to this ... Oh and generally loving the ficlet series as well :p

Several words seem to describe this sequence... angry, dark, sad, tragic. I don't usually like unrelentingly dark writing, but these shorts do work nicely.
I would like to see a bit more of the Firefly one - particularly clarification of what the deepest memory was that River found.
