ROFL it's about time someone thought of a Monk/Buffy x-over! You wrote the characters very well! Is this a one-shot, or will you perhaps continue this into something bigger?

Not sure, but for now it'll be all by its lonesome. It was terribly amusing, though the credit for the idea rests solely on Tara Keezer's shoulders. Perhaps bugging her would get more results?

And now I'm left wondering whether the glow, and/or the slime, have objective existence to everyone's eyes; or whether Adrian has unusual perceptiveness to go with his neuroses....?

I hadn't even thought that way- I sort of meant for Sharona to see them too, as a matter of fact. It was fun to write though.

Oh. My. Goodness. I am paralyzed with glee. A Buffy/Monk cross? And Sharona hitting on Giles? (Because come on, what woman wouldn't hit on Giles). And poor Adrian. The dust. Dust everywhere. *giggles madly* I love that show and this is a wonderful meshing of the two worlds. Excellent, excellent job! *wanders of pleased* ~Ves

Glad you're pleased! It was fun to write, though probably too short.

Monk fic! I think I love you! I'm not entirely certain that telling it from Adrian's point of view works, but it was still a lot of fun.
Comments from author:
Actually it wasn't Monk's POV, it was more third person omniscient. A narrator, rather than Monk's thoughts. And it was just supposed to be a bit of silly fun- poking fun at everyone evenly. Cliche's abounding and whatnot.
