You might have written it as a one-shot, but I see so much potential in that story!!!! The idea of what would happen when Joyce died shortly thereafter and Giles being the only one to know.... When Buffy Jumped off the tower, would Giles call him to take care of Dawn or continue to hide her on the hellmouth???? Oh.... What would it take to get you to turn it into a full story??????? PLEASE??????

Thank you for the review. Unfortunantly it would take a lot more time and energy then I have currently to put into a fan fic story then I have at the present moment. Perhaps when winter rolls around again, I might consider it if I can get New Begginnings back on track by then.

This is a lovely story with a great Joyce. Not only did I like your story, it made me contemplate an AU where Joyce left Hank and married Jack and they both raised both girls. I wonder how the CoWs would have gotten Buffy to Sunnydale with a kickbutt Black Ops warrior like COL O'Neill as her father. Lol!

*smiles* I'm glad you liked it, but it's only a one-shot story. No prequel, no sequel... at least until NB is done, but even then I'm probably not going to add to this one.
