It's nice to see Willow becoming more pro-active and taking charge of her life. The no piles of dust thing does make taking out vamps more icky, but heck. Public service. She really is on a downward spiral, yikes. Maybe a vacation in a nice new place like, say.... St. Louis? Funny to think she's in a way turning into that 'vampire Willow' from S3...

I'm enjoying this very much so far. It's tragic that Willow has traded one addiction for another, but the set-up works quite well for what I eventually hope will be a redemptive story.

yeah, other dimension makes more sense. The vamp powers are just too different -- they're 'dead' during the day, some can fly, all have 'thrall gaze'... weres of all types, form complex packs.. In Anita-verse terms she's an insanely powerful witch. I sure hope she finds out how strict the laws are about using witchcraft to hurt people. Automatic death sentence and all that. Have to think, if she became a human servant, she'd be ridiculously powerful.

You should definitely continue this. It's hard to reconcile Anita-verse vamps with Sunnydale vamps. Maybe the Hellmouth has an influence? Also are they legal now, ie publicly known? Presumably she gets a bus ticket & ends up in St. Louis? Hm, arriving in Jean C's territory without permission would get her in trouble....

Very intresting fic. Although it would be intresting to see you take it farther, its a very nice one shot. Perhaps eventually you could do a follow up one shot.
