This is a cool what if? scenario, I was wondering what would happen if Xander said screw it to his own rules. I would realy love it if Xander did in Cyber Freeza and spook Vegeta out of his wits. "Hey sword boy out of my way this jerks mine"

That was indeed the idea. In a sequel Xander would get kidnapped by the Initiative, the Scoobies come rescue him, he hears Faith getting hurt, and no amount drugs and restrains will stop him from going Super. Then he and Faith got to the Dragon Ball dimension so he can destroy Freeza. This would be 1.5 years before the fight with Glory/Cell in Buffy Z-dimension time, thus 3 years in the Dragon Ball-dimension, in other words: just as Cyber-Freeza and Trunks fight.
