Are the PTB's keeping Cordelia from being mad at them for not letting her know about Fred in advance? It seems like she's been jerked around by higher powers a lot!

Well, Cordy is definitely mad at them for stuff but she understands from the vision that even they could not have stopped it. She saw Angel's decision and so does not challenge it.

We haven't seen the last of Illyria yet though, it wasn't thrown in randomly ~
