I like the way this is slowly building, and that, it appears, you're actually going to be dealing with the Senior Partners, instead of turning them into some metaphorical manifestation of humanity's evils. (Like they did in Angel. Okay, they were real too, but you gotta know what I'm talking about...)

This is a really promising start - good writing style and original storyline with some nice pop culture references. Looking forward to the next part - surely it's about time that Illyria brought up the subject of scarves!

This doesn't seem to make much sense. Maybe, because I don't know a whole lot about Doctor Who. In either case, this doesn't seem to be finished, so why does it say the story is complete?
It's so rare to find a decent fic these days and esp as I'm not a big Dr Who fan but I loved this. I think you gave a wonderful picture of a quirky man - I loved the Hitch Hiker's reference and Illyria's response "you speak of choices and lunchtime". Is there more? I hope so. I would love to read more.

Interesting. I don't know much about Doctor Who, beyond the old television series, so perhaps, should you choose to continue this, you could explain things a little more in depth.
