Its good but slow moving. All the detail is nice but in six chapters you could have gotten further if there was more "action" and less detail. The story begs to be finished. I'd start working on it before a slayer shows up to "convince" you to do more.

Again, I just finished reading this and I wanted to say again how much I enjoy how you have delved into the characters, especially Dawn in this case, and matured them, while keeping the core of who they are. I am very interested to see what revelations Adam and Peregrine help Dawn come to in learning more about the Key. It should be very interesting.
