Interesting idea here. One small thing changes everything. It reminds of of a series of books that I read a few years back where one small difference changed the course of the world. Very good.

Yep. Small changes can cause enormous alterations, according to the Butterfly Effect theory.

Very interesting story, I found it to be well worth my time reading. I thought for a while there that you were going to leave Buffy and Xander fused as one entity, which seemed fairly novel an idea. But, when they split not long after I was thinking, OK now they are going to be in the wrong body. But, you had me again. The end result was still funny and had interesting repercussions. Thanks again for a fun read.

Thanks for reviewing and letting me know your thoughts on the story.
And while I was tempted to to do the body switch you suggested, I thought it was both too predictable and was something everyone would expect, which is why I didn't do it.
Glad you enjoyed the story.

Just plain niceness. A bit of mostly warranted bashing which some might not like but me I don't care about that at all ;-P I also like how you didn't constantly push the betrayals in our faces (some writers tend to do that) Thanks for the great read!

Thanks for reviewing. All of the Scoobies screwed up big time at one time or another, so I've tried not to slam any one of them more than the others. (Note: I don't usually consider Angel and Spike true Scoobies, so they're usually fair game.)
Anyway, glad you enjoyed the story.

Xander / Buffy is probably last on my list of pairings, so I wasn't sure about starting this story. I decided to go for it because I have enjoyed some of your other work.
Glad I took the chance. You took an interesting idea and ran with it. Great work with the characterizations, and some really intriguing choices.
Comments from author:
Glad to hear I persuaded you of the validity of a BX pairing, since they're my favorite of all of them. ;-)
Also glad to hear you enjoyed the story.
Thanks for reviewing.

I wonder of the feedback will make them blow a fuse. I can just see them both passing out and wondering what happened in the morning.
Comments from author:
Yes, I'm sure the feedback will make certain experiences *very* intense and *extremely* enjoyable for both of them. ;-)

I liked your AU story. You did a really nice job with the charactes' personalities and the changes from canon were very interesting. I hope you write more about this varient Buffyverse. The only thing that disappointed me was the "R or NC-17". I thought it was at most a PG-13. Of course if you had had both Xander and Buffy fall in love with Willow, then it might have been a hard R. Lol!
Comments from author:
First off, thanks for reading and reviewing. I expect that I'll be revisiting thiis AU sometime in the future, but not soon. I have too many other stories that are currently unfinished to be adding more series.
As far as the "R or NC17" rating goes, that was requested in the challenge, but I was reluctant to be more specific since both characters are still just sixteen.
